Do all banks offer secured credit cards?
Yes many bank offer secured credit card. There are two meaning for this. One they are secured from theft, loss etc I think all credit cards are insured from such risks. Other meaning of the secured credit card is that cards are issued against some guarantee or security. In the bank is not sure about the credit history of a person It can ask for such grantees.
