Is usage of paypal legal in India ? Can anyone please tell.
Paypal is legal in India. You can get it verified from your bank. You can get payment from foreign countries. You can make payment outside india by using your own credit card. You cannot send payment from balance in PayPal account it has to be withdrawn in bank account only. So this is the limitation imposed by RBI India
All money received into PayPal must be transferred to your Indian bank account within 7 days.
